Upon booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and instructions on how to access the online coaching call. Refund and Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your coaching call, we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To request a refund, please contact us via the email provided in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
