Online Video Producer Coaching Calls Policy Booking and Scheduling Our 1-hour producer coaching calls are designed to provide personalized guidance and support to help you refine your producing skills and prepare you for successful productions. Upon booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and instructions on how to access the online coaching call. Refund and Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your coaching call, we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To request a refund, please contact us via the email provided in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund. Reminder Notification To help you manage your schedule, you will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your coaching call. This reminder will include the date and time of your appointment, along with access instructions for the online session.
