Cancellation Policy
ACTOR COACHING CALL POLICY Booking and Scheduling Our 2-hour in-person actor coaching sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance and support to help you refine your acting skills and prepare you for auditions and work on set. Upon booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and instructions on how to access the online coaching call. Refund and Cancellation Policy We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel your coaching call, we offer a full refund for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To request a refund, please contact us via the email provided in your booking confirmation. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time are not eligible for a refund. Reminder Notification To help you manage your schedule, you will receive an email reminder 24 hours before your coaching call. This reminder will include the date and time of your appointment, along with meeting arrangements and locations. Coaching Call Objective Our goal during the coaching session is to equip you with the techniques and insights needed to enhance your acting abilities. While we commit to providing you with the best possible guidance and support to increase your chances of success, we cannot guarantee that participation in a coaching call will result in booking roles. Our focus is on giving you the tools and confidence to present your best self when auditioning, submitting for auditions and working on set.
